Return and Exchange Policy
Our full refund policy strictly and solely applies to damaged or faulty products upon delivery. As for orders that contain the wrong products, we are willing to take back the order and exchange it for the correct products that you desire. Unjustified refunds according to our policy will not apply.
In both cases, Cloud Gizmo's customer support follows a fixed timeline when returning or exchanging products. For any reimbursement of damaged or faulty items or exchanges, we request that our customers:
1. Send a photograph of your damaged, faulty, or wrong product/s to CloudGizmo2020@gmail.com WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS OF ITS DELIVERY.
2. After the photograph has been sent and approved by our customer support team, you will receive further instructions and details on returning your product. For a refund or an exchange of a product, the order must be sent back WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ITS DELIVERY. If the 30 day due date cannot be met, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The returned order must also include all the contents it included upon its delivery.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, our customer support team will confirm the arrival of your returned item via email. In the case of a full refund, a followup email will be sent to confirm that an online store credit has been granted for the full price of the purchase. In the case of an exchange, a followup email will be sent to you along with details about your new product and its delivery.
Note: Once a refund or exchange is requested, product return shipping fees (i.e. shipping costs, customs, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
With that being said, our customer support representatives are available 24 hours a day, Monday-Friday, to assist you with any concerns or questions that you may have. Our ultimate goal at Shiva's Stone is to develop a satisfying and trusted relationship with each and every one of our valuable customers. Although our Refund and Exchange policy is strict, we do understand that inconvenient, inevitable situations do occur where the 30 day timeline cannot be met. In the case of these exceptions, we encourage that you reach out to a customer support agent for further assistance and possible accommodations. In the end, customer satisfaction and loyalty is an important aspect of our overall vision at Shiva's Stone.
